Wells Construction Group was founded by Cody Wells after spending 15 years as a general contractor in Northern Colorado. He saw a growing trend of homeowners wanting to be more involved in the construction process — that is where Wells Construction Group was born.
The owner-builder model changes that equation entirely. When you act as your own general contractor, you stay in control of your budget, your timeline, and your decisions. Our job is to give you the knowledge and advocacy to do it confidently — without needing a construction degree.
